TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 15 October 2026
OVERVIEW
Welcome to P3 Organic.
P3 Organic is a trading name operated by Taran Singh Rai, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Taran Singh Rai, trading as P3 Organic.
We operate P3organic.com, where customers can browse and purchase our premium glass tips and related products.
By visiting our website, browsing our products or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. Please read these terms carefully before using our website.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.
These terms should be read alongside our Refund and Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, where applicable.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology to our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the operation or security of our services.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website where we reasonably believe that these terms have been breached, subject to applicable law.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
P3 Organic specialises in premium glass tips sourced from independent glass artists and specialist suppliers.
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, prices and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, the display of colours and details may vary depending on your device, screen settings and lighting conditions.
Handcrafted Products
Some products are individually handcrafted by independent glass artists. Differences in colour, pattern, shape, size and finish may occur between individual pieces.
These variations may be characteristic of handcrafted glass and do not necessarily indicate a defect, provided the item matches its description.
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including any known distinctive features or variations.
If a product is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, your statutory consumer rights will apply.
Product Availability
Our products may be available in limited quantities due to the nature of our sourcing arrangements and the work of independent artists.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock discrepancies or circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that your order details, delivery address, contact information and payment information are accurate.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order details. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Nothing in this section removes any cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
4. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING
All prices displayed on our website are presented in the currency indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where a lawful correction or other agreed adjustment applies.
The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by us, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
Pricing Errors
If we identify an obvious pricing or listing error, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to explain the issue and discuss the available options.
If an order is cancelled because of an error, any payment taken will be refunded as appropriate.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to specific conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum-spend requirements.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions prospectively, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to customers.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website or otherwise communicated to you.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance unless a specific delivery commitment has been expressly agreed.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, customs inspections and other logistical disruptions.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that the delivery location is accessible.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at p3@p3organic.com so we can investigate.
Where an order is lost, delayed or damaged in transit, we will work with the relevant delivery service to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Our legal responsibilities regarding delivery remain unaffected. Where applicable law requires us to remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated, we will do so.
For further information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS
We may accept orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom, subject to the destinations available at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer where legally applicable.
Customs procedures and delivery requirements vary by country. International customers may need to provide additional information or contact their local customs authority or delivery provider to resolve an import issue.
We cannot guarantee that customs authorities will release a shipment within a particular timeframe.
If a shipment is delayed, refused or returned because import charges have not been paid or customs requirements have not been met, please contact us to discuss the circumstances and available options.
Any cancellation, refund or deduction will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Refund and Returns Policy.
Nothing in this section excludes any legal responsibility we have for fulfilling an order.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges and eligible cancellations are handled.
Please review that policy before placing an order.
For eligible online purchases, statutory cancellation rights may apply even if a product is described as fragile or handcrafted.
Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products are subject to the protections provided by applicable consumer law.
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, you must follow the applicable notification and return requirements.
For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return postage where this was communicated before purchase and the law permits it.
Please contact p3@p3organic.com before returning any item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Nothing in these terms limits or replaces your statutory consumer rights.
8. PRODUCT CARE AND RESPONSIBLE USE
Our glass products are fragile and should be handled with care.
Glass may break if dropped, struck, subjected to sudden temperature changes or handled improperly.
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable precautions when handling, cleaning, storing or transporting glass products.
Products should be inspected before use and should not be used if cracked, chipped or otherwise damaged.
Where appropriate, follow any product-specific care instructions provided with your purchase.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling or failure to follow reasonable care instructions.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for defective products or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content on P3organic.com, including website text, original photography, graphics, logos, branding, design elements and other materials, is owned by Taran Singh Rai, trading as P3 Organic, or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
You may view and use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit our original content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
Product designs, artwork and images created by independent glass artists may belong to those artists or other rights holders. Their work must not be reproduced or commercially used without the appropriate permission.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.
If you believe that content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with details of the material and your concern.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by external companies, including payment processors and delivery providers.
These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and practices.
We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of external websites that we do not control.
The inclusion of a link does not necessarily imply endorsement of the linked website or its services.
Where we rely on third-party services to operate our store, we will continue to meet our own legal obligations to customers.
11. SHOPIFY AND OUR ONLINE STORE
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform used to display products, process orders and support the operation of our website.
Your purchase is made from Taran Singh Rai, trading as P3 Organic, not from Shopify.
Shopify provides the e-commerce platform and is not the seller of our products.
Your rights and obligations in relation to a purchase from P3 Organic are governed by your agreement with us and the applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this section excludes any independent legal obligations Shopify may have.
12. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
We welcome genuine feedback about our products and customer service.
If you submit a review, suggestion, photograph or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
Where you voluntarily provide feedback for publication or marketing purposes, we will use it in accordance with the permissions obtained and applicable data protection law.
We do not claim ownership of your content merely because you submit feedback to us.
If you wish to discuss the removal or use of content you have submitted, please contact us.
13. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current.
However, occasional errors or omissions may occur in product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping information or other website content.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and amend website content where appropriate.
If an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you where necessary and explain the available options.
We will not use this section to remove rights customers have already acquired under applicable law or to avoid our legal obligations.
14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to use our website to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Submit false payment, billing or delivery information.
- Interfere with the security or proper functioning of our website.
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
- Gain unauthorised access to our systems, customer information or accounts.
- Copy or exploit our original content for unauthorised commercial purposes.
- Use automated systems to scrape, extract or reproduce website content in a manner that infringes our rights or breaches applicable law.
- Harass, threaten or abuse our staff or other customers.
- Circumvent applicable age restrictions or other legal requirements.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action, including restricting access to our services or cancelling affected orders where justified and legally permitted.
We will not use this section to deny customers rights to which they are legally entitled.
15. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you use our website or place an order, we may collect and process personal information necessary to operate our store, process payments, fulfil orders, provide customer support and meet legal obligations.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Our store uses Shopify and may rely on other service providers to support payments, delivery, analytics and website functionality.
For further details about the information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared and the rights available to you, please read our Privacy Policy.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our website operates properly and that our products are accurately described.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or that every technical feature will always be available without error.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that may otherwise apply to services provided on a voluntary or non-contractual basis.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory rights relating to the quality, description, fitness for purpose or other legally protected characteristics of goods sold to consumers.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Where you purchase as a consumer, we remain responsible for the obligations imposed on us by applicable consumer protection legislation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from your misuse of products, failure to follow reasonable care instructions or unauthorised use of our website.
We are also not responsible for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, although this does not remove any legal obligations we have regarding your order or payment.
Any limitation of liability will be applied only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to misuse our website or infringe our rights or the rights of others.
If your unlawful actions or deliberate misuse of our website cause loss or give rise to a legitimate third-party claim against us, you may be responsible for the resulting loss to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section creates liability where the law does not permit it or requires a consumer to compensate us for exercising their statutory rights.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally permitted.
If it cannot be made enforceable, it will be treated as severed from the remaining terms.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent that they remain valid and enforceable.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with the policies and notices expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of our website and purchases from P3 Organic.
They do not override any mandatory legal rights or protections that apply to you.
If a separate written agreement applies to a particular purchase, that agreement will apply to the extent expressly agreed and legally permitted.
21. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person where doing so would breach the agreement or applicable law.
We may transfer or reorganise our business and associated contractual rights where legally permitted, provided that doing so does not unlawfully prejudice your rights as a customer.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any dispute relating to purchases from P3 Organic will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in another jurisdiction apply.
If you are a consumer residing outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to your place of residence.
Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
23. HEADINGS
Headings in these terms are provided for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on P3organic.com, together with the updated revision date.
Changes will apply from the date stated in the updated terms, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that customers have already acquired.
We encourage customers to review these terms periodically.
